For the past 20 years, we have been developing unrivalled know-how in the traditional manufacture of gingerbread, using carefully selected ingredients (flour and butter from Normandy, fleur de sel from Guérande, fresh eggs, crème fraîche from Normandy, etc.).

The success of our gingerbread led us to create a range of biscuits and honey-based products with no added colouring agents or preservatives.
